Long time no squeak

Helloo everyone , long time no squeak ... goodness didn't realise how long it was since I last posted , lots has been going on so I hope I can remember it all ....

I went on my jolly hols to Wales again in May with Chris, Roz, Tina , Lisa, Hillary and Pat , we had gorgeous weather , got to visit The Nimble Thimble as well as Creative Nostalgia and Haddon gardens too ... I managed to finish two smalls whilst there  "sip stitch repeat" and Bobbin , still need to fully finish off ...lol ... I did a christmas in July exchange and got that finished early and sent before I did a model stitch for The Old Barn Stitching .Co for The Big Stitch Retreat at the end of July called Isabella Hutton Hill , boy was she a biggie with lots of beautiful eyelets for one of the alphabets ...done on 40 count fabric with NPI silks ... lush :)

Then my stitching bug went on holiday so I sorted my craft room out and it looks a lot better than it did 🤣🤣🤣🤣...

Meanwhile during all of this I hit my 6.5 stone award ( Slimming world) awaiting a neurology appt as since got back from my holiday in May been experiencing pins n needles / numbness in my right leg constantly  ( and started in other places too) ,ended up with Covid again alongside Haemophilis Influenzea ... don't do anything by halves ...

Been looking after the munchkins on and off and they are a joy to have but definitely wear me out ... and finally this last week we went to The Victory Show at Cosby , which was great and then went to the Quilt Show at Doncaster Racecourse with my Dad and Stepmum Elaine ( both events)   and finally met up with one of my stitchy friends which was good too ... oooo whilst looking through my photos found I have other finished Gathering Honey by Luminous arts,The Embroideress and Remember me  and I have made some gifts too along the way ...

What beautiful stitching! All of your projects are just lovely. Your "Grands" are getting so big, it's the best part of growing older, having little ones around again. So glad you had a good time on all your adventures! Happy Stitching!
