Time flies when you are having fun ...

Goodness me , putting the kettle on and getting snacks ready , I cannot believe how the time has flown since my last blog ...I have been very busy stitching and sewing ,some gifts , some my stuff that I can show, looking after the munchkins who are growing up so fast ... finally got diagnosis to my pins n needles that I have been having since last May in my right leg and part of my left...

.. I have a trapped nerve between L4/5 of my spine and am now awaiting a nerve block injection ....and hubby is off sick awaiting a few tests and is not allowed to drive atm so life is fun ...lol 

My mum in law who is 91 and a half is having a few health issues too ,we normally are ladies who lunch and shop on a Friday but not sure when we will be resuming that at the moment ... 

My craft room needs a serious tidy up , it seems to have exploded into stuff everywhere and I am too tired or too busy to have some proper time in there to sort out so I sit and stitch ...🤣🤣🤣 I will get round to it ...lol 

I have been working on Humming of the Bees by BBD , Feliz Navidad ,Maggie Mae which I finished Monday , and started One stitch at a time ... plus gifts I cannot show yet ...one is an Easter Exchange and not sure if my partner follows me on here ... Also going through my photos realised not shown my model stitching so these are shown too ...

Its now 3.19 am and I cannot get my photos to move to the end of my waffling as on my phone sooooo I do appologise , I have finished my brew and I am now going to try and go back to zzzzz

Happy New Year 2025

 Good morning everyone from a snowy mouse house ... its 5.50am and all is quiet .. hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and got lots of stitchy goodies ... I was very lucky with my gifts and everyone loved what I did for them too ...phew ..lol .. kettle has just boiled , grab a brew and a cookie ... yes I know its early but ...lol 

All my model stitching is done and last lot is going in the post Monday ... even bigger phew ...so after taking all the decorations down and put away I treated myself to sitting and stitching on Oh Baby its Cold outside ... which is rather apt seeing as we got snow ...lol 

My thoughts this year on stitching is instead of working on a piece for a few hours each week ish ... is to just work on them till done , sneaking gifts in between for birthdays etc to see if that works out better .. we shall see .

Our plans this year at the mouse house is to upgrade the storage and re decorate the spare bedroom to make it more visitor friendly , paint the bathroom and hallway too ... and that is the whole house having a spruce up :) 

I have one retreat booked for the weekend after my last birthday in the 50's (28th January) eeekkkk so I must think of something special to celebrate in 2026 .. but other than that no other plans at the moment ...soooo kettle has just boiled again, whilst I make another cuppa have a persue at the photos :) x
